Serp Shaker - Results?

Serp Shaker looks pretty good, but I'd like to get some feedback from any of you that have actually used it.

1. Your success or failure ranking websites with this? (let's define "success" as ranking in the top 5 organic in big G in cities with populations of 100k or more - with no backlinks).

2. Your success actually renting out a page(s) or selling leads on the site you created with Serp Shaker?

    as well as even people who swear they are or know the
    developers.

    There's a thread about this plugin on WF. I'd take everything about it with a truckload of salt, tho. And the hideous IM sales page doesn't boos confidence in this thing...

    So basically it's just a template to generate a local sales web page? Did I get it right? If you're into that sort of thing it's not too hard to get it done for less than they're asking for the plugin. Also, I'm pretty sure it doesn't help much if there's tough competition.
