Ideal way to Write Blog for SEO Purpose

Hey Friends,
So am here again. I just want to know about the blogs and articles we use to submit for the SEO projects. I have two questions.
1. What should we write in the blogs and article? for example i have a website and they are selling Pole Dance Products. So, should I write about their products in the blogs or should I write blogs which are related to the pole dance world and adding my target keywords in those blogs.

I this blog I am writing about the benefits of pole dance and targeting my keyword with in the content.
2. Where should I submit the blog? only wordpress and blogspot or should I go for a new platform everytime?
