    I use SEO SpyGlass and its an excellent option. It's free though it does offer a premium version. I use the premium version though I had used the free version for years before upgrading.

    www.linkprofiler.com is another freemium service. www.ahrefs.com shows some links for free, www.majestic.com also shows some links for free

    Affilotools is also a good option. It is a SEO tool that works on browsers. It provides you with backlinks checker as well.

      Unless you control the websites where the links are being placed, you can't.

      You could block their spider, but if you knew how to do that you would not be asking this question. Perhaps ask someone who knows what they're doing.

        You cannot block the spider though if you do not control the sites. Blocking the spider on your own site does not prevent those services from finding your links that are on other sites.

        In other words, you could block them on your own sites like if you have a private network. Other than that, there is nothing you can do.

          True. Apologies, I was brainfarting or something. Blocking a spider would only prevent the service from showing any data that directly comes from your site.
