What is blocked resources in google webmaster tool ?

I just came across around 25 pages from my site that fall under google webmaster blocked resources, I dont know why it is showing blocked for that links. Though it shows blocked I am getting traffic on that particular page too. Pls guide i am really confused and also let me know what is to be done to unblock them and what will be the effect of unblocking that links.I

      Well i dont use any affiliate or any other ad platform apart from adsense, but still the blocked pages shows link of 144880 > /getad?site=230633 can you guide me pls why so ?
