Can I submit url on google for rapid index or it is a bad idea?

Hello Guys,
I have created some Tier 1 & 2, just 100 blog/articles and I would like indexer that, not more of 15 per day (I think is a good way for not give suspects).

If I create an account gmail and I submit by myself 15 links per day from "add url google" could I have bad result of SEO?

Because this is the more power way to indexer url and with very little time you can submit and indexer 15 links per day easily.

    If you are submitting them all, under a Google account, you are tying them all together whether you do 15 per day or 1500 per day.
