I want to ask you about how I can keep my "Link-Building" via blog comments High Quality as possible?

For example:

Name:
E-mail:
Website:
............................
What I should enter in the Name field: My name Or My website name? And should I enter my name and my website name alternatively?

    Don't utilize keywords that you're trying to target if you're going to do blog commenting.. Google will see it as unnatural. Use your business name or your real name if you're going to include your URL in the comment.

    There are other better tactics for link building, such as guest posting and building relationships with influencers in your niche.

    You can't; blog commenting, by it very nature are low quality links.

    Links from blog commenting are no-follow but even if they are do-follow then also their quality is too low. So, I will suggest you to don't go there.
    But if you are determined in doing it then I will suggest that do it the right way. In the place of the name enter your name, in email space email address and in site's space enter your your site's url. Now for the commenting part don't write something unnecessary. Write something that actually contributes something and also relevant to the topic. And don't put any url's in the comment body.

          So, you advise me to leave link-building via blog commenting even if the are from high authority blogs related to my niche

    You have to use your Real name Or Business name. But You must have to follow DA & PA and Google Page Index to get high quality backlinks from Blog Commenting. First of all the blog post/Content have to be related to your keyword and All comment have to submit manually, DON'T USE any software to post your comment.

    If you follow this tactics, your blog comment will be high quality.

    Do meaningful comment.
    Write information like name,id,and URL properly in such manner that they don’t look spammy
    Do commenting on current post, not on older posted.

    Blog commenting isn't so effective as it won't give you high quality backlinks which you are looking for. It's effect is quite a small one when you are doing niche wise commenting and off relation with the topic.
