Targeting non English keywords?

If you are targeting keywords other than English for the translated keyword in English, surely the article has to be written in the non english language and on a non english site?

For example, if you target red shoes and translate this to Polish, you would need an article written in Polish and on a Polish website? It would look odd otherwise??

    Yeah, rightly said, You need to write the article in same language, in which your keyword belongs.

    Suppose, I only know, french and you targeted some french keyword, then if I open your article, I will be opening to read french language article, not an English one.

    Yes based on the selected language only we have to publish the article. You can also the same article in the English also by this world wide users can visible. My first suggestion is publish the article in the selected language if there is a time to translate then publish the same article in English also.
