Bug in Google

When I checked a site whether it is cached or not via google toolbar,
Sometimes back, it showed me cached snapshot with cached date.
At the same time, when I put that URL into google search box and searched, then it showes the URL in the results.
BUT............
Today, again, I have checked the SAME url for cahced snap shot via google toolbar, I could not see anything, it just gave the blank searched page. (As it gives for NOT cached pages,) So, I have again put URL into searched box and did the search, It did not show that URL.......
Is it bug on GOOGLE? As the criminal escape with the help of "holes of Law", Bing & Yahoo may lead google with these kind of bugs...
Am I right? Share your ides on this... anyone has got same issue?
