Local Rank Tracking - Google Maps & Yelp ?

I've been doing SEO for over 10 years and Local SEO has gotten a lot more and more important in recent years due primarily to Google making Google Place (Maps) listings more prominent in an larger percentage of search results and increased popularity of local directories like Yelp.
Does anyone know of rank tranking platforms that among the "normal" search results for the major engines also have the option to track Google Maps search rankings and Yelp rankings (there's a few others important to some verticals like TripAdvisor, but Google Maps and Yelp are the major two most rank trackers seem to be missing.)
