Do people don't care about google maps top 3 local businesses ?

I have a website which is ranked top 1 on the top 3 local businesses, the website is well designed, and its offer the best price on the market, but I got 0 clients since 6 months at least, what's wrong ? is that mean that people don't care about the google map package ?

    Without seeing the site nobody will be able to give you an answer, but...

    Is the site actually getting search traffic? Does the term you are ranked #1 for actually get searched or is it something nobody really searches for?

            That only shows you the potential search volume per Google not the actual traffic you are receiving. Without knowing your actual traffic numbers no conclusions on your conversion efficiency can be made.

    Cant say about why people dont click on your map listing but as far as your question concerned whenever I search for local business i.e hotels in some specific location I always first check map listing , their packages and reviews etc.

    Depending on your product or service price is not the only factor influencing purchasers.

    As for "well designed", ultimately conversions and consumer acceptance will be the indicators for that and not your opinion. Sometimes we fall in love with our own designs and lose partiality.

      His question is whether people care about the 3-pack and use it to find the services that they need.

      I see what he is saying because I come up in the 3-pack, most times in the first position, in my own town and the next town over, for good keywords such as electrician, electricians, electrical contractor, etc. Yet I don't seem to get many calls from it. So I wonder if people are ignoring the 3-pack and going straight to the organic results.

    Google Maps placing have a lot of value in the localization of the website. I got a lot of website queries with the help of it.

    Your website is not ranked, your "business" is.
    You can be in the top three without a website.
    You just happen to have a business with a website.

    I can only assume you have
    -no real business
    -no real location
    -no reason for anyone in your city to search

    You talk about nothing except having a beautiful website, which has nothing to do with google maps.

    I would say strike four...you are working on your next out.

    Anyone in your position, with a real business, no customers,
    would not be blaming google maps. They would have a real
    business plan, including advertising.

    Logically, anyone with a real business,
    zero customers in 6 months, would have no real
    business.

    First of all I would like to tell you to use Google Analytic and check the actual traffic that comes to your website. Google Adwords only shows the search volume of keywords, that exactly dedicates that how many time a particular keyword has been searched.

    You didn't mentioned that for what business you have made the website. In which niche you are working on. That's why I can't provide you a suitable answer of your question.
