Why google not index my blog?

Hi experts,

I have gotten in this website Latest news | Latest news record from one of my friends. After getting this website installed "All in One" SEO plugin and did everything according to instruction. Also submitted my website to google webmaster, bing webmaster, google sitemap submission. But this blog only showing home page on google search. Why google not indexing this blog? Could you please help me regarding this issue?

    You have to wait, maybe more than a week or a month. You cant guess what mr.google will do next. just keep building backlinks, as much as possible

      Yep; as soon as Google get to manually check it it will get a 'pure spam' manual penalty and be removed from the index. The content is totally unreadable junk.

    You obviously don't know what indexed means considering the site has 4,350 pages indexed on Google SERPs.
