Robots.txt blocks the Url or the whole page

If i am using robots.txt file in my website and wants to block search engine to index a url
http://www.example.com/home and if another link Example Domain is also giving the same result as
http://www.example.com/home will also not index in search engine.
like steam-rewards.tk is my homepage and i want it to get indexed and steam-rewards.tk/Home is also giving the same page.
If i dont want to index /home one so i created a robot.txt file now does google will not index my homepage.
