XML Sitemap shows up keyword search

I just noticed today going through searches that Goog indexed my XML sitemap. I don;t know why nor what to do to fix. If I type in only certain keywords it appears. Is there something to maybe add to the robot.txt file? I use Weebly so I will have to work within webmaster tools. This is what appears below. I have seen for others in past but it doesn't need to be on search. Any thoughts of what to do greatly appreciated

I type in wholesale foil screen printing little rock and this is what shows up as of yesterday. Only certain keywords however. So how does one stop this? In robots txt f http://www.cspcontractscreenprinting.com

I wouldn't even worry about an xml file being indexed unless it ranked for a traffic keyword. At least you know Google is looking at the xml file since it's indexed.

I should organically show for keyword wholesale foil screen printing little rock. Now all I see is the sitemap.xml
I'd rather it not show if possible

This forum thread ranks #3 for wholesale foil screen printing little rock. That's a long keyword, does anyone else search for it? I can tell you right now that keyword has no competition, at least from position #1 down on the SERPs.

These might be better traffic keywords:
        • wholesale screen printing little rock
        • foil screen printing little rock

I have no idea If weebly allows access to the .htaccess file, If they do allow access maybe try blocking the xml file with the X-Robots-Tag code on this Google help page.

Once you get done with this forum thread maybe go back & remove the keywords & URLs so this forum thread page won't rank for the keyword.

Try to see that the sitemap is actually served as XML, and is a properly formatted XML file. It's probably not in Google's interests to serve something like that for any popular search, but of course they might index just about anything.

Why you need to worry by the way if Google has indexed your XML sitemap ? If still you have issues try demoting it from search results in Google Webmaster Tools and provide sitemap reference in Robots.txt instead.
