We have built more quality backlinks but site crawling is too slow takes 1 time per two month. Reason why?

    Backlinks are weak. Look at the cache dates on the backlink pages, odds are they rarely get reindexed/cached.

    As said by @yukon , whenever you build a quality link, do check out the cache date. Repeatedly.

    It can help to generate a sitemap with info about the last modification date and submit that to Google's Webmaster Tools. Personally I use http://xml-sitemaps.com/ but there are many tools out there to help with this.

    You need to check Google Webmaster tools. Add your website up there and check the reports. You should also submit your sitemaps through Google Webmaster tools for best results.

    Your backlink is weak, Let select pages have PR from 8 to 10 to set backlink ..the domain name .edu or .gov is good

    if you are talking about your website's crawling rate you should submit the sitemap in Google webmaster and mention the frequency of each page so that google understand when to crawl the website... and if you are talking about those pages where you have built the links then you can try website ping method, so that Google crawl them.

    Crawling of google bot on a website depends on two factors importantly,

    1) How much content is regularly been added or updated on the website- The websites with regularly adding content are reindexed very fast.

    2) Authority of the page- If the page is having good amount of links pointing towards, then the crawler will more frequently visit the page.

    So you better add more content to the website regularly or create some good links, and both the things help in SEO too.
