I would recommend that you have a contact us, faq, terms of use and privacy policy pages on your site and link to them at the bottom of your pages (like the sitemap link on the homepage).

The blog is good. Create external links to other sites that rank high for the keyword terms you are trying to get positions for. Also create internal links within your own pages with relevant anchor text.

Get met more backlinks to your site. Some good ideas are:

    - submitting articles to EzineArticles.com
    - creating videos and uploading them to Youtube, Viddler, etc
    - Squidoo lenses
    - Hubpages

But before you target any keyword phrases to optimize for them, make sure that there is good traffic for those keywords and also that the competition is less than 100,000 sites when you do a "phrase search" on Google.

    Hope this helps.

you have NOT been banned by Google. You are still indexed by Google
    (try info:websitename and you'll see)

Could be the normal Google dance - you might be back in a few days.
I'd concentrate on building some links to the site or just relax (easy to s ay , harder to do)

You have not been banned, just the usual big G algorithm dance or change, no reason you shouldn't be able to get your positions back if they do not reappear as they often do. Do as John says above, those tips and implementation will ensure your site is seen and ranked more favourably on the next spidering of your site. As ChrisBa says though, do try the other search engines, do not get so caught up with Google, do not put all your eggs in one basket so to speak. Following Johns tips above though will help you rank better on any search engines your site is submitted too.

If you are banned by google the only wise thing to do is to find another advertising network. I suggest to stay away from adsense because they have the habit of banning people with no reason.

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't think Google gonna do anything with it.

If it works, I think G gonna receive tons of such emails every day, and G won't be willing to bothered by it IMO.
