I verified my WordPress domain on both Google Webmaster tools and Analytics, and linked the two.

But- and this is pretty odd- Webmaster tools has been telling me I haven't been indexed for like a week now, and I see no data in Analytics. Doing a site:gooddogstory.com search though shows me I have three pages of links indexed, and it was like this for sometime.

This is annoying; I am relying on this data; this has never happened to me before. I've done everything I can think of, including checking the head file for 'nofollow' tags; I can't figure this out.

Is Yoast SEO somehow blocking my data? Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Thankyou!

Try submitting a sitemap. It might just work.

Or it might do absolutely nothing if Google doesn't seem the content as worthy of indexing. However, the sitemap stats view gives better statistics and some error reporting.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      What's your excuse?

In my opinion you are not ranked yet. Have submitted your sitemap? If not then do it immediately. You are telling that when you are searching by your site's name you are getting 3 links, right? But you are not seeing anything in GW Tool. That's okay. It may took some time to show you that they have indexed. And for the Google Analytics data I will say that it will show only when someone actually visits your site. So wait until you get indexed and ranked. As soon as you get ranked well you will start getting traffic in no time.

First submit the sitemap and wait for 3 to 4 days still you didn't get anything, then try fetch as google option and submit the links manually also check your sitemap if there is any kind of error or what.... if there is any error in yoast sitemap then disable it and install the plugin called Google Site Map Generator and again submit the sitemap in google..

Yes, thank you all! Instead of simply adding the meta information to the source code, I used a plugin; the plugin changed when I changed themes I think, and the tracking code I added went away; that is the only explanation I can come up with.

I fixed it; things seem to be showing up fine now.
