Free or Cheap Tool to Manage Broken Back Links?

Hi Guys
Do you know of a great tool that is free or cheap to manage the back links to my site. I want to check if the back links that I have built over the months/years are broken so I can contact those webmasters and fix it.

Basically I want to be automatically notified when the link is broken...

    See Google Webmaster Tools. Backlink checkers such as Majestic or Ahrefs are probably useful too.

    but google webmaster tools does not send you notifications once your back links are broken does it?

    but the scrapebox you have to manually check it i think. i am looking for a tool that automatically checks it for me periodically and send me automatic notifications once the link expire etc...
