    Maybe if the viewer is on a phone or handheld device, but they would look pretty silly trying to watch the video. I have no idea how this would work on a desktop display, your head can only tilt about 90 degrees so...

    So are you trying to crab a video, slice it to pieces, and arrange it differently? Or what do you mean by "spinning"? How would you use the resulting video?

    I have no idea if that would work. YouTube's skynet algorithm is very impressive, and pretty hard to fool. However, the content you'd create would probably not be very compelling. YouTube is all about engagement and viewer retention.

      No sir, I am not talking about making slices of videos etc.. Spinning video is changing the pixels position and sizes on micro level that couldn't be detected by normal eyes.
