Showing wrong count for my site in Google when i used site: operator

Hi,

When i search for indexed pages of our website using site: operator it shows low count comparing to Webmaster indexed count.

site:wisdomjobs.com

In Google, Indexed Count is 2,70,000

In Webmaster Tools, Indexed Count 4,30,000


Why google is not displaying the exact count as Webmaster tools? is there any issue?
