I use "search status" Extension for firefox to find the Nofollow links on any website. In this extension you can understand the no follow links by automatic strike through on it. I hope i understand and provide you the right option.

I have used the same tool before, no complaints. Does what it needs to do. Very light and easy to use. Highly recommended for this exact task.

Let me ask what Mike asked? Why? There's no benefit to you from finding out which backlinks are nofollow and there's no benefit to you from removing them... If they're coming from pages that have traffic, you could be losing some traffic.

        So, why?

Why would you want to waste the time removing them?

      He's an idiot, that's why.

Look at his profile name, then look at the question.

Even after I look at the username, I still want to know why?

Why post that question? It doesn't build credibility as an SEO Service Pack 1 provider. So, why?

I know, an idiot. But even idiots have reasons, idiotic ones, but reasons and I want to know... I have an inquiring kind of mind.

You can use this chrome extension NoFollow - Extension for Chrome, Opera and Safari
It will outline all nofollow links on any given page.
You can then simply logon to your website's CP, or WP admin (if your site is made with WP).
Once you locate the page, go to that nofollow link, and remove rel="nofollow" from its source code.

What others have said, why do you feel a need to remove them?

And what do you mean by or make do follow? Do you mean how do you change a nofollow link to a followed link, for a backlink you didn't create? Certainly as one named seoservicepack1 you know you can't do that.

There is no use of removing nofollow links because nofollow links don't pass the link juice...Waste of time...

And this tool checks the bulky links which are nofollow or dofollow. DOFOLLOW/NOFOLLOW BULK CHECKER

Check source code by pressing ctrl+U and find the link by pressing ctrl+f. Check the type of link. If it is written "Nofollow" then the link is nofollow if not then it is dofollow.

here six step of check the nofollow link.
    1. Right click on the document
    2. Select 'View Page Source'
    3. Press ctrl+f to open a search box, or toolbar, type nofollow, and press enter.
    4. If the site does not use nofollow links, nofollow will not be found anywhere in the page. If it is found, it's not always on the external link you want to submit, but usually (almost always) it is.
    5. If you're using Google Chrome, you can install the nofollow extension.
    6. For Firefox users, install the extension Greasemonkey, and upon restarting Firefox, installing the nofollow extension.

You can install "nofollow checker add-ons" to your respective browser and there you can find the status of the link either its nofollow or dofollow.
