Do one thing just submit your blog in Google Webmaster also just ping them through some good ping websites also use of social media sites and share it. your blog will definitely be on google in next 24 hours

If all you care about is indexing the pages ASAP simply Fetch as Google the URLs in WMT.

I guess you know indexing & ranking are two different things.

How often Google "crawls" your site looking for new pages depends on a lot of things. Typically a new blog is going to be crawled about as often as you've experienced.

If you've signed up for Google Search Console (formerly Webmaster Tools), you can submit your new post URLs here:

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

Or, as a previous poster explained, you can "fetch" the site as Google by using the link below:

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/googlebot-fetch

The only way is to increase traffic on your blog. Whenever you post a blog share its link on social networking sites and also do social bookmarking submission to share information on relevant niche. So that crawler can get the details very quickly and once your data will updated in google data base then your blog will cached by google.
