this is a website Personal Trainer Woking | Fitness Trainer Woking Surrey. I am creating some good backlinks but not getting good results last one month. I have working on this last one month. Can you tell me? what I am missing please.

    You can't expect good results after just one month! Keep on working hard for at least 3 months, and then you might have some results...then keep on improving and changing things when needed.

    Rewrite at least the front page. It's a site for a personal trainer, not an agency of corporate consultants. Direct and simple language. If it's a personal brand make that stand out, and don't hide behind "we" and "professionally qualified experts". If you want to have a mission statement of some sort make it two sentences long at most.

    Nobody wants to read this kind of garbage.

    Does that help with SEO? Probably not. I've not looked at your backlinks, but I'd guess you need more.
