How can I rank my keyword better?

If your on-site SEO is fine (do double check this as many people miss out on loads of SEO improvements they can do locally), you need to create more high-quality links.

Either a tiered link network, or buy expired domains to make your own PBN or use similar services.

Remember that PR has not been updated publicly in ages, so what shows as PR 7 might be PR 2, and vice versa.

A seller of high PR stuff like yourself should know that, and stop selling high PR anything.

You'll have an easier time if you have a static page as the homepage (not the blog page, the page where you list new posts).

You'll need to get more backlinks with that keyword in the anchor text. That will definitely help you improve your rankings.

You should also optimize your page for that keyword. Use the keyword for example on your title and on the content.

Hi Nanda, Blogging with your keyword on your blog, this is a good technique to improve your keywords ranking. But this is not sufficient to rank our keywords on 1st page. Do competition analysis what exactly ypur top5 competitors are doing. According to that you need to create your off-page activities plan. So that you can rank high than them. Make sure your basics are right like

Onpage:
Keyword should be in URL,Title, Description, Img alt, h1, h2.
You content should be unique and should talk about query of user or solve the query of the user.
Make sure your not stuffing same keyword in all over the content. Use variants of that targeted keyword.
Interlink it with proper pages. Only 2 to 3 internal links and maximum 1 external link.

Offpage
Get some good quality backlinks from relevant sites.

A lot of people don't understand the importance of doing a proper keyword research before they wanna rank their keywords, so rather than listening to useless advice of getting your back links in place, check the keyword difficulty and determine if your keyword actually can be ranked in top10.

Your keyword rank on #60 position, it’s good acheivment. You need to do some more work to get the 1st page. Getting the no 1 position is not an easy task.

First check your On-page status if everything fine with your website then do analysis in your top competitors,

check their backlinks how their post is ranking for the particular keyword or blog post. implement some better strategy on Content do research on long tail keywords and use them for your post. then you will get better keyword ranking.

Don't write fluff contents. The content should be useful for user and try for better guest posting sites. to post your content which has better domain authority. I am sure you will get best results

If you want to rank your keyword better, you need to do SEO( on page and off page).

I'd be thrilled to hear about this magical one-size-fits-all solution if you find one.

I'm working on a site that ranks similarly for some keywords. We're competing against accredited institutions, industry associations, and industry heavyweights for a generic keyword. We acknowledge that ranking high is potentially a pipe dream, but we're SERP tracking the keyword in any case.

These are nonsensical (metas with title and H tags - what?), or something that's not a ranking factor. Removing backlinks is usually a waste of time, and probably counterproductive unless you actually have a penalty for those links.
