    1- Right Context.
    2- Relevant with the title of site.
    3- From the diverisity quality domain.

      Back links are relevant to your website theme.
      The back link from high domain and high page authority website and webpage.
      The back link placed webpage contain less outbound links.
      The back link from the page must have quality of content.

      These are the things to find the quality of link.

        What if an agency is backlinking its client website? Will it help in increasing the ranking? Vice versa, if the client website has a testimonial from the agency, will it help to increase the agency's website ranking?

    Download the Moz extension for Chrome. It can tell you the Moz page authority and domain authority of a website.

    As a general rule of thumb, a page with higher authority is going to have the links on it qualify as higher value.
