Does anyone know how I can extract Expression Web 4 data into a CVS file or a different web/e-commerce platform, so that my site has responsive web design and up to date e-commerce standards? My organic SEO ranking is plummeting and it’s killing my business. Please help!

As far as I can remember Expression web was a HTML editor developed by Microsoft (who made it freeware when they abandoned development) so most of it should be just HTML

Changing HTML or in some case just the CSS tags to a modern framework will go a long way toward making a site responsive and yes non responsive designs will cause your SEO traffic to suffer because many people are using phones to do their browsing.

    CVS is a drugstore.

A responsive webpage isn't really going to hold you back on the SERPs unless your traffic is mostly mobile.

I despise at least 75% of all mobile versions of sites that I visit.

I'm glad most do have that link to view full desktop.
(Google hates that, so I've heard)

Most mobiles seem to have just put mobile just to put mobile.

They have no clue that navigating them can be a royal pain in the butt.
The menus, input, etc. is just gawd awful.

And some sites are just not worth it to view on a mobile phone.
