Blog keywords not shown on search console

We recently moved our blog from blog.example.com to example.com/blog, couple of months back. In Google analytics its showing some keywords which brought traffic to our blog page. But in webmaster it is not showing the keywords which brought traffic to our blog (example.com/blog.
We had earlier added blog.example.com as separate property in Webmaster. We had redirected 301 to example.com/blog. Please let me know why are the keywords that bring traffic to blog not shown on webmaster. Is there any solution for this.

Is it because of that? We have also not added all urls of blogs in sitemap. We have just added the main url of in the sitemap of website.
