Hey guys.

My team manages over 30 local small businesses online for SEO. The majority of our clients all rank 1-3 on Google now, but we have a few that are issues. We handle the on page, as well as building the linking profile. We have a few different levels of ecosystems in terms of linking (basic but important like Yelp, Bing, Google, ect), then we have industry specific (pertaining to the niche market all of our clients are in). We also work on location citations and region to boost local rankings.

My question is if we have exhausted the majority of valuable citations, what would be the next best phase to try and help some of our outlier clients who just can't seem to rank locally? Should we be looking to create custom content for blogs? Article submissions? What would be the next best approach for stubborn rankers.

If you do it really sneaky (google "hunts" them), a PBN should be one of the most efficient methods to get a site up in rank!

My only concern is messing that up and causing de-indexing or something along those lines. Plus I am not even sure how to work with PBN's or where to start,

  • Create unique blog posts for your client's blog page. In those blog posts target Keywords that aren't doing well. Make sure your blog post is somewhere between 500-800 words, include images with ALT tags and promote through social media. Do at least 2/month/client.

Also, you can use the blog posts as an opportunity for internal linking as well as linking out to high authority sites.
