How do I rank high in google search with a single page website?

Hey friends I want to know if there is any course or ebook available that teaches how we can get rank single page website in google. I want topromote clickbank and jvzoo products and want to implement this method. Since I am newbie if this method doesnot works then please do share your thoughts on this.

Since the panda update, its hard to rank such thin websites in google at all.
You need a little bit of content no matter what, then normal SEO techniques apply to your problem.

  Don't rely on such things! Do the things you know! Do proper On-Page SEO (titles, Header tags, meta tags, alt tags, etc.), then concentrate on building backlinks. And most important don't stop adding UNIQUE content (not copied, spunned or any other variations!)

What is your objection to creating more pages? Eventually, Google will catch on no matter how much Grey hat seo you do. It's worth it to put the extra effort in upfront. It's going to be an uphill, losing battle to try and rank a 1 web page site.

Search engine algorithms seek relevancy; they match queries with content. While a single page site may improve relevancy for your primary keywords, itâ€™s more likely you will dilute relevancy for sub-topics and terms that might rank easier on their own pages.

Much the same way you rank keywords for a multi page website.

We build some single page sites for local businesses, for a review, content based affiliate type site it's probably just a little bit lazy.

  You don't need a course: you need to do onpage optimization and create backlinks, tons of poor links, lots of good links or a few amazing links.

The replies in this thread are mind-numbing. Just do effective on-page SEO and you should be fine. If you are targeting more competitive terms, add in some off-page SEO (social, link-building, etc).

as per google 2016 layout try to ad words or google mapping i think after year google first page will cover full of ads.. so try to make still on google first page.

i have read on Moz's blog .. that long content in a page can take domain and page to higher rank, and by removing low quality content page while adding better quality page content regularly 4 page per week it will get more traffic in 3 months later. CMIIW

First, some logic: difficult tasks, by definition, require hard work.

Second, some logic: if it's a one-page website, that page is the landing page, the only possible landing page.
