Anyone Tried Advertising On Facebook With CPA?

Hey guys!
I was just hanging around on facebook when I saw a few ads, which I think could have been some CPA offers.
Have anyone tried it, and how did it go?
After all, you can get a lot of targeted traffic from facebook, as people write about themselves etc.
I haven't tried advertising much on facebook, and it's been a while. But I did it back in the days where you could pay per click. Is it only possible to pay per impressions these days?
