Confused on what should my Locality and Region for schema.org markup??

On my Yelp it would list the Locality as London and Region as West Kensington whereas my FreeIndex page it's reversed.

The only examples on the schema.org website are america and I am struggling to convert??

For schema markup your Locality should be West Kensington and Region should be London.

The structure should look something like this:

    <span itemprop="addressLocality">West Kensington</span>
    <span itemprop="addressRegion">London</span>

Any thoughts on why Yelp classes City as a Locality? Blavou - 10 Photos - Photographers - West Kensington - London - Yelp

I would copy whatever Yelp is doing because that's who I see ranking for most local SERPs.
