I want to improve my knowledge about SEO to improve traffic from search engines for my blogs.

Do you know some quality SEO forums that I should join and learn from?

I tried to search Google and found some good results
webmastersun.com
forums.searchenginewatch.com
localsearchforum.com
seorefugee.com
forum.seochat.com

but I need more than this list. Any alternatives? Should I find blogs about SEO too?

I often check webmasersun daily for discussions on SEO.

You can find SEO experts there to help you improve traffic by search engine techniques.

SEOchat was the past, I have ever been a member there years ago but now its down hill with less active.

By the way, why not consider warrior forum seo section as a good place for starting?

As you can see from all over the world many experienced people are member of these forums.
I am also using webmaster sun forums,It is also a good forum site.
You are right I also am using www.warriorforum.com and www.webmastersun.com to increase my skills on SEO and IMs. But I prefer webmastersun because it's a dofollow forum with high PR and good traffic.

Good ones but they are nofollow forums, I tried seochat but it's hard to post there, they approve manually on each new thread there and having restrictions on any their forums for new members.

From my experience the best SEO blog is Moz.com its really rich with different type of content and has almost any topic you are looking for in the SEO and digital marketing field.
Searchengineland.com and seobook.com are also good.

The only useful forum on your list there is localsearchforum.com. The rest of them are total garbage if you really want to learn anything.

Localsearchforum.com really is focused on local SEO for businesses, so probably not going to be the best resource for generating traffic to a blog.

I find forums in general are dying. SEOchat wasn't bad for white hat a few years back (they did suck on the Google propaganda hard though). I can see why SEO forums are dying. If a forum gets active then it gets bombarded by spammers and "SEOs" from countries backward in SEO knowledge so most forums are either dead or overrun

Thought you were a mod over webmastersun though so that's a surprising take on them.

They decided I was too blunt. They would rather have mods that do not actually know SEO and will let people spew whatever nonsense they want.

Anyone can be a mod there though. I didn't realize it at first. Seriously, join up, participate a little bit for 2 weeks, and I guarantee they will ask you if you want to be a mod.

That forum, which is much, much smaller than this one, has about 3 times as many mods. There are way too many. Most days, there are more mods posting there than "regular" members. There are about 2-3 that know what they are doing. The rest just like the title of being a mod.

It's not as overrun with spam as this place, but there are a lot of noobs posting like experts. Then if correct them about something, they complain to the mods or owner about it. Whatever though. It's not my forum. They can run it however they want.

It's because SEOs spend 6 months doing hard work and that results in less traffic then a stupid meme/infographic on facebook. Granted, the quality is not the same.

Also, why would I want to come on here and ask a question?

I can just find somebody who actually knows SEO by verifying their ranks or backlinks and ask them directly on FB/Twitter/G+. Granted, they might not respond, but if they do, the quality of their answer will be a heck of a lot better then asking random people on a forum.

I met somebody on FB who has ridiculous Pinterest traffic (and it really upsets me, super jealous) who just told me what they do, it's not a big secret or anything. They're not using any weird bot and they explained why that stuff doesn't really work. Basically sit on PT for 5 hours a day pinning, re-pinning crap and scouring the internet for images. I was thinking about setting up an AStore, disallow G w/ robots.txt it so it doesn't get indexed at all, then trying to blow it up with PT traffic.

Apart from Warrior Forum, I like:

    - seochat
    - webmastersun
    - affiliate fix

But watch out, not all the information you will find on these forums will be useful or even true. Try to listen to the people with the most posts under their belt.
