Blog for internet marketing?

Hi,

I am doing my blog website for about three years now and I have been writing blogs for my teaching business that I was doing locally.

Now that I have stepped into the internet marketing business and I am building my list I want to drive traffic from my blog to my list.

For doing the SEO and driving traffic to my blog in internet marketing niche which wordpress free theme is best in this niche as an ecommerce blog website?

    my suggest is not using wordpress free
    because you will very difficult to seo for it

    If you want to drive traffic from your blog to your list that means as you write your blog content just insert links to your free offer on your squeeze page where relevant.

      There's no such thing as "best", but there's probably a suitable theme for you.

      So are you really doing e-commerce, or just trying to build a list? You mention e-commerce in a way that reminds me of some clients I've had. "We need this blog thing. Probably a slider with images. And this kind of widget..." And eventually in the last sentence they casually add something like "oh yeah, and e-commerce". It's not something you can treat as an afterthought. In fact adding a webstore would require way longer discussion and better specs than an average website.

      I'd use something like WooCommerce. The basic tool is free, but almost all interesting add ons are fairly expensive. They do have some free themes as far as I know, but the plugin works pretty well with other themes too.

      What the frigging heck are you blathering about? Many of the biggest sites use "wordpress free", and many of them are also ranking high.

      It's not the tool, but what you publish with it and how you advertise your articles. WordPress is just another CMS.
