Can a website with all copied content rank on top

I am a developer and i wanted to develop a website in which all the contents will be copied from many different sites And one of the site from which the contents will be, ranks on the top for most of the topics of my new site and has more than 100,0000 backlinks and is 10-12 years old. And I found per user stay on this site is 3-4 min average. Is there any chances my site can come on top and if yes how long it take to come on top..

      I honestly don't believe there is a chance with the latest changes in algorithms. If you want to rank on top, your content must be unique and of high-quality. You must earn your readers' trust and build a connection - it's not just about feeding content to your site.

    OP, you seem to already realize that your changes of outranking that site don't look that great.

    I, for one, would not choose to be a scumbag and build a site that's based on copyright infringement.
