I bought a website with really nice metrics. 38tf and 30cf. I wrote two articles and linked out. Google has been showing that it is indexed for the last 5 weeks but I am not seeing any of the link juice helping my websites that I linked to. Is this normal? How long does it usually take for the link juice to get to a website?

if you wrote article today then dont put you link immediately , wait for a week to google crawl it, then put your link. and wait for another 1 week ,then submit url to social media site, your backlink will be index properly.......

I bought the site. built two articles and put two links in each article. Should I remove the links, add a few more articles then put the links back in later?

Why would you do that? What does that have to do with your question. TF and CF have nothing to do with what is on your page.

I am just wondering why it is taking 5 weeks for any link juice to pass through to my site is this normal? Not even Majestic is recognizing it.

            Maybe the domain was worthless.

If you bought it just based on TF and CF, there is a possibility. The links it had might be gone. Majestic doesn't really keep their link database up to date. They try, but the data could be months old. Same thing with Ahrefs or any other database out there.

If a site is de-indexed by Google, can you just 301 redirect it to pass the link juice?

There's no link juice to pass if Google is ignoring the site (deindexed).

It really depends why it was de-indexed. If Google booted it out of the index for spamming, it's probably hopeless. If they just dropped it out of the index because no site has been on that domain in a little while, you can usually easily get it re-indexed by just getting a live site on there.

Hey Mike! This site is indexing in google, but the site isn't passing any authority still for some reason.

Uh, are the server IPs on the different C blocks? Did you double check that? It's possible some of the links going to it are penalized and it just has little/no authority. Check the index status of it's backlinks.

I just checked and good ole hostgator has that site and my money site on the exact same IP address. Now I need to figure out how to resolve that.

Get a different hosting account (not hostgator) and move the PBN there.

Thanks for confirming this doesn't work, I didn't think it did, but now I know.

EDIT: Better yet: leave the PBN on hostgator and move your site to host that isn't bad.

Yeah it is normal because TF and CF have nothing to do with if the domain is any good or not. They are just a guess.

    Follow me!
Google needs more time to establish the index of the website you want! 1 week 2 weeks even very long!
you should patiently wait it! Then go link pointing to your home page!
    That's perfectly normal, nothing wrong!
If it's useful for you, please press button "Thanks" .Good day!

So, the website still isn't passing any authority to my sites. I have had it up and running for quite some time now and, google has it indexed. I wonder what is going on.

Yes it's normal considering the DIY metrics are useless.

You should be looking at the followed supporting links for the exact URL of the backlink page/s & verifying those links are live today.
