I want to change my domain name. can i mask old name with new one? is it possible?
if yes , does it hurts the seo off page?

Any suggestions? I can't afford a new hosting and migrating files from old to new and giving 301 redirects to each url and maintaining old hosting for not losing seo factor.

You could do that. Or simply do a 301 redirect of the old site --> new site
Its a matter of few minutes

I wouldn't recommend you do that.

Just do your best to transfer your entire site to your New Domain.

And then redirect to the new domain from the old one.

If you mask the old domain name with the new domain name - the new domain name will not rank well in the search engines. So, knowing this, make a wise decision my friend!
