Hello Karthika QPT when assign the nofollow attribute, we specify the search engine that the link we have no pleasure is plugged in search indexes, would be an HTML tag that we apply to the link.
With dofollow we indicate to Google that the content displayed is relevant.
it is important the right proportion between nofollow link and dofollow, because the search engine may penalize you.

OP, just read one of the threads on this. No need to ask this question again. Also, your signature links will not rank anything.

Your description of nofollow is gibberish, but I do appreciate how you got it to sound a bit dirty. Yeah baby, pleasure the links! Plug those indexes!

There's no such thing as "dofollow" that you'd apply to anything. That's the default state of things.

And the nofollow attribute means that the site owner is specifying the links as non-trusted, and that Google should not pass any juice to the linked page.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      What's your excuse?

No-follow is the link that does not allow the search engine bot to crawl that link and stops the link juice, whereas human can be able find it and see it, also capable to follow those links. Usually, no-follow links are not much recommended and advised by the search engines as this is not a right way of doing SEO. No-follow links can be used on social media when you are targeting to get traffic only through bigger target audience.
    Example to no-follow: <a href=”http://www.ggllooo.com/” rel=”nofollow”>ggllooo</a>
Do follow is the right way of link building, where the Google bots are allowed to view and crawl the link and then reach your website. Do follow link definitely passes the link juice It instructs the search enginer crawlers/spiders to follow the link. Do follow is used for creating brand values and get good page ranking. It is recommended to build higher PR do follow links to improve the reputation of the website.
Example to do follow: <a href=”http://www.ggllooo.com/”>ggllooo</a>

Dofollow links allow google (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink. Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice.

-Follow links are links that count as points, pushing SEO link juice and boosting the page rank of the linked-to sites, helping them go higher in the SERPs as a result.
-No follow link is a link that does not count as a point in the page's favor, does not boost PageRank, and doesn't help a page's placement in the SERPs.
