My website traffic sucks big time.

I run wordpress website www.wpbloggerpro.com I tried all my hands on SEO, posted unique content, quality content and also used Yoast plugin for best on page seo, now the moment I hit publish button for my new post, it instantly gives me 3 page views for that post and that's coming from USA google. but after that post is published there is no views for the post, this happens with all my post is the website hacked?

    1. It is embarrassing for you to be writing about SEO topics when you do not know the answer to your problem!!!! You should not be blogging about a topic that you know nothing about.

    2.The content is really poorly written; a lot of it is junk and nonsensical dribble with an appalling use of the English language and grammar and sentence syntax; so the search engines are doing the right thing by their users (searchers) by not sending you traffic. No one wants to read crap.

    3. Its a competitive space and there are a zillion more useful and better written articles than yours, so the search engine got this one right

    4. The reason you are not ranking is also bleedin obvious and you should know, after all you have written about the reason on your blog!

      You completely misunderstood the issue and posted this comment which makes no sense and rude, if you do not have good mouth to praise anyone please do not be so judgemental (no offence) I've been in SEO services form past 7 years and I know what SEO means. The point is I ain't asking about your opinion with the on and off page SEO, I was just asking about the strange thing which is happening all the time. Like I said that Every time I post article I immediately get 3 page views coming from google USA. I don't know how? as the article has recently published and nowhere on search engine then how on earth is it possible that I get this 3 page views for that post immediately after publishing coming from Google? The sad part It only gets 3 page views after that there is no views for the same post and this is happening to each post I publish from WordPress.So can we just focus on this topic please.     Well cbpayne, talked about your on page issues so I won't bother.

    But you have zero backlinks. So there's zero SEO, you haven't done anything. The purpose of having great content and a nice site is so hopefully people link to it. You don't have any of that going on it seems like.

    If I owned a site like that (after reading the previous posters comments) I would probably just give the site a nice little spray with GSA.

    A nice little powder coat of spam just to make it official.

    I have not actually looked at your site and so I might be being overly judgemental.

    To be clear I'm not suggesting you do that, but you should probably audit the site, improve everything, and then do some guest posts.

    I don't think much of those tactics are a good idea but I mean you wrote an aritcle about links but you do not have any? I'm really confused here.

    The site doesn't seem too bad, I would work on your layout and get some quality links. Are you scared to build links or something? Worst that's going to happen is you get deindexed, which is pretty much the same traffic level you're at right now correct?

    I mean if you're really worried about this, you could setup 5 page web 2.0s and try stuff on them. If the blogger account gets deindexed well that's a bad idea to do that to your site right? I have about 300 web 2.0s and I try stuff on them all the time, they all link to old sites that I don't care too much about. Back around 2010 I used to just see how much spam a web 2.0 could take before it got hit.

      Backlinks are coronary heart of search engine optimisation. With out backlink your web site is not going to get a superb place in search outcome and will not get listed shortly.

        I ain't asking about backlinks or anything else in here Epic Fail is when you do not understand the question and post your opinions without any knowledge which make no sense at all. I don't know for how long you've been doing this and being so judgemental to other people in here, Please read my above reply and then do some talking about that, would appreciate it!

          Well, maybe you should try to make the post title to fit your actual question. It's not uncommon for people to answer the whole thing.

          If you know what you're doing you should expect that Google visits your site soon after an article goes live. I think it's perfectly normal.

            Agree. Your thread title says your traffic sucks but you mention the curiosity of why you get 3 views and nothing else.

            So it seems 2 tier.

            1) is the bot 3 views that happens after every post is a big concern for you.

            2) There's no one viewing after that.

            Now I agree with the other poster. Forget the 3 bot views after every post and concentrate on getting people to your site via linking.

            Now I would set google analytics up before linking. This way you can truly analyze traffic while linking.

            You can see if your links are immediately working better on site 1, 2 , or 3. And then continue accordingly.

            But it's hard to keep a following if you do not honestly know anything about the niche.

            So hopefully your viewers don't analysis your site if you are suppose to be about seo or whatever.

            So just make a review page and then link the affiliate page in order to make sales while not being seen as a con in your readers eyes.

      My website is new website its just been 22 days the website is up and running, how can people expect to have backlinks in just 22 days unless you buy it or use such forums etc, but here my question was totally different, thanks though.

    If you always get the initial 3 page views via google USA viewers; Then have you ever looked at google analytics to see if the 3 are always from the same city locations.

    Could it be a bot type of thing that triggers the 3 views. In all honesty I know nothing. So I'm just asking. Good luck.

      Many Thanks, I was just doing that trying to link Google Analytics to my website, the activity does sound like a bot but how do we fix it? I mean I already changed my wp theme and using only best popular plugins. I might raise this issue with WordPress forum and Google forum too. Hope I'll get some help from there.

    Stop looking at your analytics and look at your bank account.

    Seriously man I've been doing this 1996 and I don't look at my webstats... Who Cares? Every second you spent setting up counters or analytics and every second you spend looking at them is a complete waste of your time until you decide to test something. You have zero traffic and likely are looking at stats from some automated pinging service or some other bot.

    I don't normally wait to build links. There's about 100,000 methods you could be doing to build links. With the way the Google works now, you're wasting your time by waiting. You always were to be honest.

    If I do check stats and the site isn't getting 1k UV a day and isn't in an a ultra competitive niche, then I get back to work. WTF man? Who cares. Get to work...

    Unless you build authority and are able to convert traffic, that site is going to make 5-10$ per 1k impressions, so stop screwing around.
