I always notice that during weekend time the traffic for my website goes down significantly? What is the reason behind it?

  Yes i have checked the Alexa Ranking. It's a new site and ranking is very low(1,164,390). I do get high traffic on weekdays and on weekends it will go down.

it is normal for traffic to drop on weekends, also the niche of your site is another bigger factor.
If your site is targeted towards users that are mainly active on monday - friday, you will see a high traffic drop on weekends, else your traffic drop will be less

It's normal to have less traffic during weekends.

Cause you know it has only 5 working days per week, Mon-Fri.

Your traffic highly depends on your target audience.
