I currently run a large ecommerce operation. I would like to know if Google sees content syndication as duplicate content or not?

    No, Google don't see content syndication as duplicate content but make sure that there is always a link to your original source of content and that it's properly credited to you.

    Nope. Properly done, syndicated content is NOT duplicate content, and it can be amazing in terms of traffic and value.

    Get on Open Site Explorer (or Ahrefs or whatever) and look at the link profile for AuthorityNutrition.com

    They have pretty decent content, but nothing better than a lot of smaller blogs. Now look them up on SEMRush.com

    They get insane traffic, and almost all of their links are from syndicated content sites. They get lots of direct traffic and tons of links from syndicating content. I bet that guy has made millions by now. Crazy.

    Syndicate all your original Content around the Web in strategic locations that will build your brand and traffic.
