Google.com Referral Query

Yesterday, I saw a lot of traffic from google.com/referral in my analytics. The traffic has my homepage as landing page and its bounce rate is also 100%. I am a bit confused right now, is it a good thing or bad thing?

    Honestly, Bouce rate that's 100% is always a bad thing.

    if your referral traffic bounce rate is 100% so just check referral website may be it is spam website.

    IF website is spam so just block by ga

    Google won't be sending you spam traffic they HATE spam.
    There might be something/someone sending you traffic with it's referrer set as "Google". Try to find and track the source. Where have you been recently submitting your website? Are you in a ranking competition? someone may try to down rank you by sending you fake traffic.
