Is there Value in Paying for Link Building Service?

Hi,

I have a site that ranks naturally on page two making some little $$$ just wondering if there is value in buying links or paying for link building services.

I am not up-to date with link building since I have been building my sites purely on content and they rank well.

I want to know if it still works to get 10 good links to push it to page #1 for that keyword? Anyone who is successful with this, please share your experience.

    I am not really into link building but from my own experience, I have bought some link pages from people with glowing reviews. Yes, it did paid off. I ranked on page 1 and 2 for my targeted keywords and in no time, I started making money off that site. However, the success was short lived. The site was sandboxed and the earnings stopped abruptly.

    To be on the safer side, it is better to do the link building yourself, though tedious but you can be sure of what you are doing.

    There are some great warriors that should be able to offer some advice on how to go about it.
