I doubt you'll rank for keywords that obviously have nothing to do with porn.

Like you've mentioned Safe Search, Google has bad word filters and yes, Google does use OCR and their image algo is advanced enough to usually figure out the subject of an image.

This affects only on a single page or entire site?

That depends on what you're doing.

Obviously having most of the backlinks from porn related pages would tell Google to expect porn before they even land on your pages when following your backlinks.

What's your goal, ranking for porn keywords or lawnmower part keywords? You avoid Safe Search filters by trying to rank for porn keywords If your webpages are about porn. Assuming traffic isn't specifically blocking porn in their browser but that doesn't matter because those people aren't your target traffic anyways.

It's online shop and I don't use porn keywords. Just have a few product pages with erotic pictures. Does it can have bad influence on the ranking single page or entire site (including safe search)?

There's too many unknown variables here.

Traffic alone could report your pages to Google because you're not targeting porn keywords but you're showing porn on cartoon pages. IMO that's not a smart idea, not just for SEO but also traffic. Does your traffic want/expect porn related images? Who is your demographic?

Some traffic may want/expect erotic related images, but less than 20%. If some pages will mark by google like porn, does it affect entire site or just a sing page? Will be my site available in safe search (pages without erotic content)?

It only takes one person to report a cartoon page about porn.

I have no idea If Google will label the entire site as porn related because I'm not a manual reviewer for Google however my bet is, If a manual Google reviewer lands on one of your pages that include porn the whole site will be classified as porn. Why wouldn't it be, it includes porn. Only porn sites include porn.

It's online shop with artworks. Some of them erotic (only 10-20%). What do you think - better to leave this pictures or remove in order to don't worsen ranking?

Personally, I'd move the erotic stuff to it's own domain mainly because anime is targeting every possible age group so the erotic content is obviously inappropriate for some ages.

        This!

After you move your erotic stuff to another domain, you can promote the second shop on adult traffic and get all benefits from hentai lovers.

So you'll get two shops and two source of income in the end
