wtf, BS site outranking me?

After a couple days of my site dancing around the first page of google, a new site page comes into the top 10 and is usually ahead of me. I click on the site page to see how the website is, and it just automatically redirects me to the product page through a hop link.

I was pretty surprised that google would index such a terrible site, so I searched for backlinks to its domain on yahoo. A bunch of high PR pages showed up in the results, but when I actually check those pages, a backlink is no where to be found.

wtf :confused:

Here is the site domain, does anyone know what's going on?

    Yeah I can't understand how they work things out sometimes. I have a niche where there are a heap of good sites on page 1 and then there is this one blog, it has one post on it, it has no backlinks at all, just a simple one post blog with no backlinks, and yet it is on page one ahead of many good sites with lots of backlinks - how does that happen?

    One method to achieve something similar to what you described (I haven't looked at the site in question) is to buy a domain and then forward it using a PERMANENT 301 redirect to your affiliate link.

    You then build links to this domain name and your affiliate links gets ranked. This works best if the affiliate domain isn't indexed yet. The good thing about affiliate networks is that advertisers usually setup a seperate domain just for their affiliate sales. If you check new products you will find loads that the domain isn't yet indexed.

    Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I looked up the site you mentioned. And it's not showing any backlinks.

      Google well aware this method - Google Bomb.

      It should be working well until the next update with Google Caffeine. Google well aware this technique, it will work well for a period of time, if you want to earn some money with this method, do it now and do it fast before Google ban it.

      Can you use XRumer to blast the site ? Should get backlinks pretty fast with XRumer...
