What backlink software to use to get high pr

Hello I'm new to backlinking. I have seen a lot of people using gsa. I've paid someone to do high pr backlinking by keywords. But I would like to learn and know what software is the best for backlinking high pr like Wordpress.com

    Public PR no longer exist so you're wasting your time/money.

      Yea it doesn't exist externally but internally Google still using it

        That's why I said PUBLIC PR.

        Unless you have Larry Page or Sergey Brin's admin password you'll never know the PR.

        Therefore, you've been scammed by whoever you've paid in 2016 for high PR links.

        There's ways to gauge page authority but doesn't involve PR.

    Create manual Tier WEB 2.0 and then fire GSA into that...

    What i do

    1.MoneySite
    2. Web.2.0 Tier1
    3. RankerX into Tier 1
    4.FCSnetworkers into Tier 1
    5. GSA into Tier 2's created by rankerX and FCSnetworker.

    These kinds of back link building software will do more harm then benefits. Most of these black hat techniques fail in long term and your website might be penalized by Google for this. I would suggest to stay away from these software for link building.
