sudden drop is website ranking , and webmaster giving hacked content message

My website was doing very good in google and i was ranking for some keywords in google.co.in
.than in sudden i encountered a drop in webmaster ranking on all my main keywords some of them was really very high competition keywords like ( web Designing training , Web development training )
after i studied my webmaster i found google has taken a manual webspam action on my website with warning of hacked content .
how to deal with this as i am not very familiar with seo

any help of that will be highly appreciated

    Get a list of all the backlinks created for your site from tools like majesticseo, then after getting all backlinks list use Link Research Tool for identifying most vunreable backlinks for your site. Then list those backlinks & submit em to google webmaster tool for Disavow.

      I am doing that on weekly basis , The main problem comes every week there are thousands of new spam backlinks pointing to my website and recently i came to know i web site is listed in some online hacker group and i am feeling like they are the one spamming my website.

      Thousands of backlinks every day generating that are pointing to my website and i am kind of tired of making Disavow files every other day , is there any permanent solution to that

      and Disavow tools is not that effective to give my ranking back , i had disavowed many backlinks previously , i am still not successful to regain the traffic
