My website fall into sandbox again?

Hi friends,
One of my category has been ranked at 1st position (3 keywords) in April, and before, in March I think my site was in the sandbox since my homepage only ranked at 2nd page, but in May, my website was attacked by my competitor since I ranked top, so my website was suspended for 1 month
In Jun 1st, I restored my website, but the 1st position falled to 8th, the other 2 keywords in 4th, today I checked the rank, 2 keywords rank disappeared
Does it mean my website punished by google? Or in sandbox again?
Any kind friends could explain for me?
