How to Scrape Expired Domains?

Hey everyone,
I have been buying PBN's from auctions so far and they seem to be quite expensive. I know there are people selling expired domains in all those FB groups and they register it for $10 on Godaddy or some other registrar.
I've tried using Xenu, however, I wasn't able to find domains with GOOD metrics.
I would love if anyone has some updated data on how to find expired domains with Good metrics. Any guide, website, tutorial will be appreciated.
Basically, I'm looking to build my own Private Blog Network but trying to reduce the cost of buying PBN's from auctions.
