Hi All,
I have a lot of backlinks made which don't seem to be indexed.
What tools/methods would you recommend I use to get my backlinks indexed by the search engines?

Most link indexers aren't working that well these days. I've heard good things about Elite Link Indexer

I haven't tried them though myself but they seem to be getting the best results lately.

You can ping them or send some backlinks to them. Usually links on decent websites are indexed automatically unless there is some quality issue with them.

Links on web 2.0 might need pinging or backlinks because the pages are not linked from anywhere. You should create menus if allowed by platforms for web 2.0. That way each blog post will link to other blog posts.
