    Just leave the meta description tag blank.

    Your meta tags are the least of your problems on that site. You really, really should hire a writer if you expect traffic in that niche.

    I need to create a tutorial on the benefits of not using meta descriptions. This subject comes up a lot on forums.

    Once people see what they can do on the SERPs without a meta description I'm sure it would be one of those aha moments.

    Google will choose what's appropriate even if you have chose tags that you believe to be perfect. Just leave them black and let google choose it.

    There is no use of meta tag to add with your website. It will not make any effect. Better you may leave it blank.

    You have a title with 338 characters. Read about best practices in terms of tile and meta description. Your main keywords should be in both title and meta description. I suggest Moz, they have some really great blog articles about best practices in on-page SEO.
