Need info About Fetch as google option in google webmaster

Hi Everyone I Need info About Fetch as google option in google webmaster.Earlier all posts of my site were indexed but recently I have make some changes to its content , meta title & description so when i resubmit the sitemap then out of 43 only 25 posts gets indexed. So my question is that can i use the option fetch as google to index the remaining posts...Is it is proper or legit way.becoz someone tols me that if you use the option fetch as google..then it force google bot to crawl & index your post which is not good..Pls suggst me what you guys thing

    If Google don't like this then why Google webmaster tool provide this feature?
    Fetching URL's are limited, I don't remember the exact no. but you can fetch few in a month. Using this feature can help you to index your post with in few hours. According to my opinion it is legitimate.
